This flyer features bright colors and vivid photos of the destination trip. It keeps things short with some brief text and then a clearly labeled call-to-action at the bottom.

Subject Line: Kitchen & Bath Upgrades Your Client During This Event Only!

An example of a clean design, showing the necessary information at the very top with a strong blue color. Pictures always add extra value to have a better idea of the selling homes.

#3 – Brookfield Residential
Subject Line: You’re Invited: Grand Opening Event on 3/22 in Alexandria

We like this flyer’s use of photos to show the lifestyle of the community.

#4 – Fischer and Frichtel
Subject Line: Grand Opening at The Villages at Brightleaf in Wildwood!

If your flyer is for an event, placing all of the details toward the top allows the agent to quickly get all the info they need.

#5 – Smith Douglas Homes
Subject Line: New Builder in Popular Carter’s Station Community.

A stylish but simple design shows a lot of content, and the main image is a beautiful shot of the home.
